Booking
A valid driving license held for at least 2 years, a credit or debit card in the driver's name, and a government-issued ID or passport. Minimum age varies by vehicle (21–30) and is shown on every vehicle page.
Yes. Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup from your dashboard. Within 48 hours, one day's rental is charged. Modifications are free subject to availability.
Yes, each vehicle lists its deposit amount. It is pre-authorised (not charged) on your card at pickup and released within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Insurance
Every rental includes our Essential Cover (collision damage waiver with standard excess). You can upgrade to Smart Protection or Zero-Excess Premium during checkout.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Razorpay (UPI/cards), bank transfer, and cash at pickup for selected vehicles.
Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. Electric vehicles should be returned with at least 80% charge; Supercharging is included on Tesla rentals.
Rental
Most vehicles include 180–350 km per day (shown on the vehicle page). Additional kilometres are billed at a per-km rate. Tesla rentals include unlimited mileage.
Yes, interstate travel is permitted for most vehicles. Please note it in your booking. Cross-border travel requires prior written approval.
