Refund Policy

Cancellations

48+ hours before pickup: 100% refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Within 48 hours: one day's rental fee is retained; the balance is refunded.

No-show: the first day's rental and any add-on fees are non-refundable.

Early Returns

Unused full days are refunded as wallet credit automatically, or to the original payment method on request.

Deposits

Security deposits are pre-authorisations and are released within 3–7 business days of return, subject to inspection.

Service Failures

If we fail to provide the booked vehicle or an equivalent upgrade, you receive a full refund plus a goodwill credit.
